How can I apply for an apartment?


Applying for your apartment home using our Online Application Rent Café is quick, easy, convenient, and secure. Use our apartment search to select the community you are interested in, choose the apartment that suits your needs, and click "Apply Online."




What if I’m not ready to apply? What other options are there?


If you’re not ready to apply, contact our Leasing Office and they will assist you.




How far in advance should I contact TPM to rent an apartment?


Usually two months prior to the beginning of the lease (date you enter the apartment) is the optimum time frame required.




What do you look for in the application?


We use a company called Yardi Rent Grow to process all of our applications. They are a third-party, independent screening service. They look at your credit, leasing history, and employment history to come up with a score. You don’t necessarily need perfect credit in order to be approved; one of the important considerations is any history of evictions.




How can I check availability for apartments?

Does it cost anything to take a tour?


Absolutely not! You will need to bring a photo ID, but there is no charge to view our vacant apartments and community amenities. We look forward to showing you around!




Do I have to make an appointment or do you accept walk-ins?


We encourage appointments if you have an idea of what day and time you will be stopping by so that we can make sure someone is available to meet with you. If your schedule requires more flexibility, you may stop in any time during office hours and we’ll give you a tour. We do ask that you stop in at least 30 minutes before the office closes so we’ll have enough time to show you around.




Does this community offer a bonus if I was referred by one of my friends?


Many of our apartment communities do offer a referral reward. On your first visit, make sure you let the office know that you were referred by a current TPM resident and provide their name.




What is the renters insurance policy?


Our lease agreements do require renters insurance for the protection of our residents and their belongings. Please speak with your leasing consultant for more information.




How accessible is the management at the local office?


Our team is available during office hours to assist you with any questions or issues you may have. You can also email us anytime and we’ll respond during office hours. Our offices offer 24-hour emergency maintenance, as well as a 24 hour call service.




What will you do to prepare my apartment before I move in?


Before you arrive, the TPM team of professionals will be very busy preparing your new home. Our professional staff will:

  • Paint the walls for a fresh, clean look.
  • Clean all the floors and completely sanitize your kitchen and bathrooms.
  • Clean and test all appliances, mechanics, windows, and window treatments to ensure everything is operating efficiently.







What fees will I need to pay if I have to break my lease?


Depending on your specific circumstances and the reason for breaking your lease, the fees may vary. Please discuss this with someone at the management office.




How do I pay my rent online?


Visit your Rent Café Resident Website and select the “Make a One-time payment” option under “Payments." You may also set up reoccurring payments under “Auto-pay Setup”.




Does this community offer a referral bonus if I tell my friends?


Management does offer a referral reward. On your friend's first visit, make sure they let the office know that they were referred by a current TPM resident. Your friend will need to provide the office with your name.




Can I transfer from one apartment community to another?


The management office can take care of all the transfer paperwork and answer any questions you may have about the process.




Will I be allowed to sublet my apartment?


Please contact the management office to discuss your options.
