TAWANI Property Management has some impressive employees. Our Employee Spotlight series aims to highlight the talented individuals who work here, and whom our residents interact with.
For our first Employee Spotlight we spoke with Todd Jackson, Tenant Relations Manager, to learn a little bit more about his role at TAWANI Property Management and how he enjoys spending his free time.
Here’s a little bit more about Todd!
- How long have you been a part of the TAWANI Property Management team?
I’ve been a part of the TPM team since 2014, so seven years now.
- Can you provide a brief description of your role?
As a Tenant Relations Manager, my main job is to interact with residents and help answer any questions or concerns along with managing collections. I also help with various property management duties, including showing available spaces at our properties.
- What is working at TAWANI Property Management like?
Every day is not the same, so there is always something to do! I think within this past year especially, TPM really stood up and showed how much they care and think about the residents in their buildings. As we know, the COVID-19 pandemic rattled the world, but the team was consistent in communicating with residents and helping implement new processes.
- What’s the most rewarding part of your job?
I would have to say it’s being able to help our resident with various issues and meeting company goals. I have great coworkers and get to meet a lot of interesting people, so there’s never a dull moment!
- What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my two grandkids, going for bike rides, and cooking.
