Celebrate the Holidays at the Monroe Building!

Enter One, Two, or All Three Contests for a Chance to Win Festive Prizes.

1. Holiday Office Decorating Contest
Deck your office with holiday cheer. Submit your decorated office for a chance to win Dunkin’ Donuts coffee and donuts for your entire office. Management will visit each participating tenant in person to judge the decorated office space, winner will be selected by management and announced December 30th.. Tenant contact must contact the management office to set up a date for the prize. By participating, you agree to the official rules & regulations.

2. Gingerbread House Contest
Bring your sweet skills to life. Decorate your best gingerbread house and you could win Crumble Cookie for the whole office. All submissions will be due no later than December 22nd to Suite 1316. We will put them on display down in the lobby and a winner will be selected by management and announced December 30th. Tenant contact must contact the management office to set up a date for the prize. By participating, you agree to the official rules & regulations.

3. Ugly Sweater Contest
Get ready for our Tenant Holiday Party on December 17. Rock your most festive or hilariously ugly holiday sweater for a chance to win a $100 VISA gift card. The ugly sweater must be worn to the tenant holiday brunch. A winner will be selected by management and announced during the event. By participating, you agree to the official rules & regulations.

How to Participate:

  • Choose the contests you want to enter. You can participate in any, all, or just one.
  • Submission window is November 13 – December 22.
  • Winners will be announced on December 30 and on our Facebook and Instagram.
